SUPER sick Silkie chick, ideas?

3-4 week old buff/partridge silkie. Lethargic and wobbly. Eyes half closed but peeps sometimes. Brought it inside to warm it up an extra bit (though it had been in brooder) No poopy vent, but looks super sickly. Not eating or drinking unless forced. I bought some electrolytes to perk it up and have been giving it that with a dropper. Don't think this little one is gunna make it. Anything else I should be doing? Vinegar just to cleanse the system incase it is backed up? Any ideas greatly appreciated. Hate to see this cute chick go to waste!

Apple cider vinegar is what i use and electrolytes.
