Super Worms....... Whats your take on them??

ive bought 150 superworms and took there heads off and fed them to my little 4 chicken flock...
what do you guys think?

I feed them all the time as a treat. I don't tear the head off though.

I have also just used large mealworms as fast as they eat either it don't much matter. The mealworms are cheap and easy to breed.

alright cause i thought i had to crush or ripe there heads off cause of them chewing though there stomach or crop??
