hmm, I don't know. i think it depends on the situation. because she is only half vampire, and only half werewolf, I felt they counted as powers. where she fully vampire, it wouldn't have counted as a power to turn into a bat, and where she fully werewolf, i wouldn't have counted it as a power to turn into a wolf.
