Colette attempted and failed to repress a shudder. "Bleah... yes. This way." She said, waltzing across her shop.

1; she can fly 150 miles per hour
2; she can control all forms of mother nature
3; she can regenerate
Wind Whirl can control all of mother nature such as tornados, hurricanes, clouds, mist, rain, water and more. she can fly 150 miles per hour. she has not yet found anyone who can fly faster than her. she can regenerate which means if she gets injured she can heal herself instantly, as well as others. depending on the injury depends on how much energy she uses. She can regenerate almost anything but if someone fatigued or has many life threatening injuries she will be fatigued after she heals them and it takes 2 minutes for her to get energy back.
appearance; Wind Whirl has straight brown hair that is color length, but when she is using her weather powers it can get frizzy or stand straight up depending on how much power she uses. She originally has green eyes but they change color with her mood and power. She is 5 foot 5 inches tall.
backstory; Wind Whirl discovered her powers when she was 12. After she discovered what she could do she wanted to use her powers to help people. over the years she would help others as well as learn about her powers and how to control them. At 18 she left her parents house to travel and help others as much as she can. Her powers can react to her emotions.
