Supplementing protein for turkey poults

I have heard about adding egg yolks to supplement protein for poults. What I am wondering is how much I would have to add to raise protein from 20% to 28%. Or if anyone knows a better way I'm interested.

I mix my grain to supplement protein. OK mix up corn ch rolled outs and add hard boiled egg. I don't know what percent that makes it bit it seems to work. I do know you don't want to mix extras into the main feeds because then that dilutes the high protein level that your feed has.a Just put out another dish they can get all their feed. That's all I do and it seems to work pretty well

I read that there is 3 g of protein in chicken egg yolks and 3 g in chicken egg whites.

ETA: Duck egg is 9 g.
