Supplements anyone?

I give vitamins before hatching season.....and electrolyte/vitamins during extreme temp waves.

Can you give some numbers to define an extreme temp? If chickens are going through a partial molt, as mine are now, would it be a good idea to give them something? Anything you would recommend specifically (TSC and Meijers are close by)?

Not really.
I go by behaviors more than numbers.
Mostly lethargy and general observation.
If a bird doesn't go for treats, it's not feeling good.

I give the EL/Vit solution in winter too, but use rolled oats to soak it up so so don't get any wattle dippage.
