I've had 2 neck related deaths with my silkie chicks today. Ones neck was broken while she was asleep and the other suddenly got a sudden neck problem and died soon after. (People say it was wry neck? But I'm not sure the cause). Wondering if there is anything I can give to the surviving chicks to help prevent this.

Vitamin E along with Selenium to help the bird assimilate the E.
I found this post for you.

It might be a really good idea if you have another die to have the bird necropsied to ascertain the absolute cause. Every state has at least one animal diagnostic lab. What state are you in?

California. Is it safe to give the vitamins to the chicks not showing symptoms? Both were very sudden and unexpected deaths

If the supplements don't hurt the chicks in question, they won't hurt the others. All things in moderation.
I think you have several labs in CA. I believe it is free.
You can call this one for more info.
