Supposed to be 3 full grown hens...

I could sure use some help fiuring this out. I have researched this in all the forums and my best guess is I think I aquired 1 roo and 2 hens about 9 weeks old? I think the hens are reds and 1 White Leghorn as a roo. Supposed to be 3 full grown hens....
