6.5 weeks old. Puller or Roo?
Maybe a Satin? Now has brownish feathers coming in? Any takers on what gender and type this cutie is?

I should also say that these eggs were bought from a local farm and hatched by a friend. Apparently this birds eggs were most expensive $10 a piece and promised to be pure breed? They also hatched different types of chickens so I’m wondering if this is a mix up of a breed when she hatch them? I only have Brahma’s, Wyandottes & Easter Eggers currently so not sure what these chick breeds should look like ;-/

Breeds were: silkies, cochins, buff orphington, easter egger/ameraucana, wyandotte and jersey giants.

Sounds like a mix. I wouldn't by any egg for 10$ a piece unless I had too. Definitely not Silkie eggs. :p Doesn't look pure, especially if they hatched a bunch of birds that look different.

It was for a school fundraiser. But I agree, 10 is crazy for 1 egg. I adopted this baby to my flock
