Supposed to be Blue Rocks???

I'm curious if anyone knows what breed these two pullets are? The were bought in March from Blue Seal as "blue rocks". Clearly they are not "blue". Both are black with golden brown speckled chests. Black legs. They are 16 weeks old. I'm thinking they are just mixed breeds.

Not familiar with blue rocks, but blue color wise isn't a true color. When two blues are bred togetger, 50 percent will be blue and 50 percent will be black, white or splash

So, I have production blues which are RIRs mixed with blue australorps. Mine look like this except they are blue. I wonder if yours are crossed the same but instead of blue australorps your are crossed with black australorps
