Supposedly Delaware???

Alright guys, got my first chicks for the year, and one of them doesn’t seem to be quite what I thought. It’s supposed to be a Delaware. But from what the rest of the chicks in the bin looked like I don’t quite know for sure. Any ideas?

Looks like a delaware, the chicks can be different shades of color combinations

Ok. I grabbed this one just because it was the only one with a different color. All the rest were just yellow. I also know this feed store has some pretty good mixups normally.

Could be a Delaware. The black is for the columbian that will come in.

Hard to say for sure as most Delaware chicks are solid yellow at hatch. Gonna have to wait it out to know for sure.

Well, I will have to post more of her in the weeks to come. I'm sure I will have more mystery chicks in my order next week. I'm getting 8-9 more and only 4 are for sure BLR wyandottes, the rest are going to be a variety of whatever looks cute in the bins

Well here’s about three weeks difference. Legs are starting to get a grayish/green shade. Anybody still thinking Delaware?
