im not saying your wrong i like them just in some information i read was that the earlobes were overdeveloped but that's hoe the breed is.

Where are your White Faced Spanish from? Yes, the breed is rare, but even Ideal hatchery sells White Faced Spanish. Fine quality Spanish would be worth quite a bit, hatchery birds wouldn't be worth much at all.

I would do more research on your birds. If you want to breed your birds, and you want to sell them, then you need to know what to cull for. I suggest investing in the Standard of Perfection, or looking for the Spanish standard online.

oh, sorry they are not my birds i dont own them i know some one who has them and was going to hatch them and raise them up then perhaps sell them of for a profit, because i have no need for them except there aesthetics but im not doing that any more.

I had white faced whites a few years back....they laid well, but ate their own eggs and I had terrible issues with frostbite on their faces & combs. They are rare & gorgeous...just not for everyone.

Several years ago i had a line of bantam white faced spanish. Had them for about 7 years or so. they layed prolifically, and were very hardy. Had excellent white faces, earlobes, and even around the eye. They are long lived too.
One thing i didn't like was they were very flighty (and this is coming from the viewpoint of a Sebright breeder, lol). so they never really got tame and took forever to show pen train.
They take years to develop properly, so they don't show well until they are at least 2 years old. One APA judge actually thought they were Minorca Bantams at a show and wrote it all over their coop tags. But he was wrong, they just take a long time to mature, and a few years later they were excellent specimens. So i would say it would be hard to show pullets or cockerels.

Laying ability rests within the specific line of birds and not necessarily the breed itself. I know of white leghorn lines that do not lay but 3 or 4 eggs per week but white leghorn strains are what fuel the commercial egg industry and have for nearly a century.
Spanish are by their very nature flighty as are all Mediterranean breeds but the Spanish have cornered the market on flighty, if you can call it that! Mine are much like pheasants just a few days after hatch, they develop very large strong wings within a couple of weeks and fly straight up when the brooder is opened, crashing into the ceiling and making a dash for the door at just short of super sonic speed!!!
I think this trait alone is what poses the most detriment and contributes to the scarcity of the breed. No one wants a breed that each time you go out to feed them its like the first time they have ever seen human kind! I raise them because I like them and they are very beautiful birds but they are not for the faint of heart or the impatient person. They are best suited to more temperate climates and free ranging in large open areas. One thing is for sure, a large flock of Black Spanish on a green pasture is a picture worthy of painting, a true thing of beauty!
To those of you raising them, keep it up and work to improve them, to those of you who don't, give them some consideration based on the above points and if you are tenacious enough...give'm a try!
