surprise chick help

The store was only supposed to have Buff Orps and Wyandottes, but we picked out the special chick that didn't match and decided she might be a Welsummer- does this sound right? Now that her "sisters" (they were all supposed to be girls) have grown a bit and started feathering and getting tail feathers, she is quite a bit behind them. I know boys feather more slowly, but from what I read about Welsummers her markings lined up with her being a pullet. Here are a few pics from the day we got her (1 day old) til yesterday (4 weeks old):




What do you guys think? Boy or girl or too early to call it? :)
 
It looks like a Welsummer to me. It's a bit early to sex, but I'm thinking cockerel for now.
