Probably, yes. McMurray lists them as "Ameraucanas," but people on here insist on calling them Easter Eggers. Mostly it's a matter of whether they are bred for a specific appearance (Ameraucana) or just to lay colored eggs (Easter Egger.)

Easter Eggers come in lots of colors, and often have dark legs. Most other common chicken breeds have yellow or white legs.

Thank you. I am thinking he is a he because he seems to have squabbles with the known rooster chick (jersey giant) They both kind of puff their chests up and dance around and kind of peck each other.

Male and female chicks will display the same behavior, so you can't just use chest bumping, or squabbles as only a boy characteristics.
