Surprise chickens

I got these chickens a few weeks ago and am not sure if they are male or female. They are around 8 weeks old and I am assuming they are black australorps. Any help would be great, thanks

The one on the right is a cockerel, on the left is your pullet.

Agree, they both look like pullets. At 8 weeks, I would expect a cockerel to have a much bigger comb.

Both are pullets. One on left has yellow skin so likely a Jersey Giant rather than Australorp
