Surprise chicks-what are they?

We received two of these in a rare bird surprise package from Mcmurray hatchery. Any ideas what they are? 6 weeks old.

I've never heard of them being rare, but "not common" is a better word.

Agreed. There are still a lot of hatcheries and breeders in the USA that breed Light Brown Leghorns.
