Our Rouen Lilly surprised us today by hatching 8 ducklings this morning. We are so excited but this is the first time we have had hatchlings so i need some advice. I set out a shallow dish of water and some feed and moved Lilly's pool closer to her nest, is there anything else I should do?
I want to let her raise them so we are going to be hands off as much as possible.

No pool unless they can safely get in and out they can get water logged chill and drown.
No layer feed all flock or chick starter only. Safety from preds and other flock members especially if you have drakes or at least monitor to make sure the drakes aren't a threat.

They are so precious Congrats!!

Thanks. Predators are my biggest worry which is why I moved the pool closer so the ducklings can stay under the bushes while mama gets to swim. Babies have no way to get in it yet.
The chickens have kept their distance so far and the other female ducks don't seem interested yet, hopefully they will ignore them for a while.
Heat is another worry. We are around 105-110 so I worry about all my animals but these are so teeny tiny I worry even more. Hoping I can figure out where the bottom of our gallon waterer went so I can stick that in the shade too.

Two weeks and two days old today. At five days old we made a ramp for them to get in and out of the pool which was heaven for them and lots of laughter for us.
They have been eating chick feed for two weeks and I have noticed one duckling has a stiff walk. Should I be adding niacin to their feed?
Picture was taken today after their morning calisthenics

So precious. If mine, since your noticing a difference in one, that one should get the B Complex liquid and the rest Nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon per cup of feed till 10 weeks of age. The lil one walking stiff legged should get 1-2 ML of liquid B Complex daily TSC has it in cattle section and Walmart carries it in human vitamin section. If going with Walmart human give 3ml daily you can do this over some form of treat peas or mealworms same for the TSC one but since it's more concentrated you only give 1 ml a day.

@CayugaJana can explain more on the use of Liquid B Complex.
