I found that one of my hens was leaving eggs in a corner of my pasture. I don't know how long they have been there but I'm guessing at least 15-20 days cause that's how long it's been since i have walked my fence. Should I even try to incubate them or could it be to late?

i am not an expert but I would think way to late.I have heard of people holding eggs aside to make sure they all start at the same time. I would think 1week would be tops

I have hatched healthy chicks from eggs that were 14-20 days old, but the eggs were collected each day and stored carefully. If you really want to try incubating them, what have you got to lose? Apart from some incubator space for 21 days...

i have stored eggs for nine days and they are curently on lockdown. all are developed and it looks as if they will hatch. But i have heard of people hatching two week old eggs.
