So, these were all supposed to be "Jumbo Browns". Is this one a Texas A & M White? I'm not sure to DO with it, but it's definitely distinctive

Yep that would be a "Texas A&M" I struggle saying that because the True A&M really don't exhist anymore. I would just call it a Jumbo White.

Sam.... weren't you working with some A&M? Did you find out otherwise since I read that??? or am I taking this post wrong?

white's recessive to brown. If you have two parents that are both carrying the white gene, you'll get 1/4 of their offspring white. So the breeder has a few birds who are carriers of the white gene

That breeder has a less than reputable reputation and also sells "true texas a&m's" ( allegedly) This could be a case of a mixed up egg during collection time, or a case of overbooking and not having enough eggs to fill an order---"what to do? Hey! I'll just throw 1 of the white eggs in there! yeah thats the ticket..." It could be the split to white factor. In any case its a cute lil fart...

I'll figure out what to do with it eventually, for now it can eat, and sleep and grow and on and on and on
