Ok my EE rooster accidentally got in with my silver spangled Hamburg girlies and now I have this beauty my kids named T-Rex. I just have no clue on the gender. Kind of acts like a rooster but is almost 6 months old now and no big comb or crowing. Help!

She's female.

Since the Spangled Hamburg mother was Silver, any son would also show silver. This chick shows gold, so she must be female (you've got an unplanned sexlink there!)

Also, her comb is smaller than I would expect on a male, and she has no male saddle feathers (the long skinny ones that grow just in front of the tail and hang down on each side.) Those are other indications of her being female.

Thank you so so much! The other one then is a male because he has the momma’s coloring. I really appreciate it!

That depends on whether the EE rooster also has silver.
A gold rooster with silver hen will produce gold daughters and silver sons.

But some roosters have both gold and silver (they look silver or silver with gold leakage, but they also carry gold). Roosters like that can sire both gold daughters and silver daughters. A silver hen will still produce silver sons, it's just that with some roosters the daughters will come in both colors.

You could post a picture of the silver one too, and/or a picture of the Easter Egger father, and hopefully the answer will become obvious.

I intentionally mixed him with my silver laced red Wyandotte and this is the rooster that came from those two. I think he’s so handsome!
Pretty cockerel!

(I'm assuming the mother's color is a typo, and you really mean she was Blue Laced Red or maybe Splash Laced Red.)
