If you are referring to packing peanuts - the extras the hatcheries throw in, they are usually roos.

I've had several (probably 12) shipments from MacMurray and 1 from Ideal in that whole time all of my extras or "exotic/rare" chicks were male except one. Last year one of my "exotic" chicks was a splash Andie that was female. She's gorgeous.
