Survival in the Arctic. An Arctic wolf RP. ~* Players needed *~

Mari did the same, and laid her head on her paws, watching her alphas.  Birch tensed, her ears flicked back.  She was uncomfortable with this, but welcomed the warmth. "Thanks." She whispered.

Emory stood, his stance set wide apart.  He scented the air, then looked at his mate.  He smiled reassuringly, then resumed his watch,

Snow pelted behind him, her blue/green eyes aglow.  Kona slipped along behind her, his ears swiveling to catch every sound.

Aki nodded, he knew the pain of being an omega, and knew it always seemed awkward when other wolves were nice, but he loved everyone in the pack, and would help anyone, any way he could.

Skyuka leaned against Emory, burying her nose in the fur on his chest.

Nighta forze at the border, "will use the blizzard to sneak up on them." He sneered and sprinted into the blinding white out.

Mari smiled, then looked ahead at the blinding whiteness hurling towards them.

Emory licked her cheek, then looked up at the cloud of snow speeding at them. "Blizzard! Get back to the dens!" He barked, and turned to run, but stayed, making sure his pack ran first.

Mari scrambled to her feet, and Birch dashed to Onyx, nudging him up, then bolted away behind the old wolf.

"Teehee." Snow giggled, and sprinted behind Nighta. Kona chuckled, and ran beside her.

Skyuka followed the back, running along side Mari. Bolting for her den, hidden behind a snow drift.

Aki stood, face to the snow, beside Emory. He suddenly felt something was wrong.

Nighta slowed his pace, just ahead he could make out two figures, fading in and out of the whirling snow. He crouched, staying low, where the snow was densest, close to the ground

Mari hurried Birch to the Omega den, and Onyx ducked in his den. Mari ran to her's, But stopped to look back at Emory and Aki. She leaped inside.

Emory glanced at Aki. "Thanks." He grunted as a pelting sleet of snow hit his face.

Snow and Kona crouched beside him, watching the two figures like prey.

Aki nodded. Staring into the blanketing whiteness, "Something doesn't feel right does it?"

Nighta nodded, "Kona go far left, get behind them, snow you go right, flank them. And then I'll come in from the front." He sneered.

"No. I don't know what it is though." Emory said, not looking away from the mountains surrounding them.

Kona nodded, and took off. Snow smiled, and slipped nimbly through the snow.

Aki inhaled deeply, 'you would think with the wind whipping in all directions I could smell something' He thought, 'but all its doing is swirling our own scents around.' He scanned the tundra, but the snow was getting thicker.

Nighta prowled forward, sliding through the snow on his belly. He inched as close as possible, then waited for snow or kona to make the first move.

Emory glanced around, getting more nervous by the second.

Snow stepped into view of Emory and Aki, but her snow white fur blended perfectly with the swirling whiteness.

Emory's nose picked up the scent of BlizzardPack. "Where are you?!" He snarled.
Snow cackled. "Not where you can see me." She leaped in, and snapped her teeth around Emory's shoulder. Emory glanced down to see white jaws clamped on his fur. He could only see inches from his own body, but guessed where she was, and lunged, his teeth closing around fur. Gray fur. Not white. "What the?" He growled. Kona snarled. He had been after Aki, but Emory's teeth had caught him instead. Yanking away from him, Kona leaped at Aki.
