Then a miss fired bullet tore into my shoulder." Viper said as she turned for him to see the large scab covered wound.

Emory's eyes widened in horror. He could only imagen her own terror when the hunters came. "Viper, I-" He looked at the large wound.

She had said what she told herself she shouldnt. What would Sky think of the fact she was born of alpha blood?

Skyuka felt unease as the wolf moved towards her tiny newborn pups, a low growl rumbled her chest, as a warning to saty away from the babies. "Its been years since we have seen humans." She said simply. She glared at viper, the thought of this wolf being used to life of an alpha, didn't please her, she worried Viper would challlenge her one day.

Viper looked at Emory and Sky. " Which one will be willing to pull this danged bullet out. I cant do it myself or it would already be out." Viper said glumly. She moved toward the edge of the den and scanned the area. That had become a common trait since the humans...

Sky didn't say a word, she stood and walked over to Viper, placing her muzzle against the wound. She bared her teeth. "This will probably hurt." She warned
 
Without turning she said as simply " Fear not of me challenging..Alphas are made to be mated, there had been..." Viper choked on a howl of sorrow. Kass had been her play mate from birth and they had grown to love each other. They had been thinking about asking her father to allow them to mate...

A low and slow moan of pain escaped her as the pain shot through her shoulder. Bracing her teeth she made sure not to bite her alpha. Viper knew sky would not take kindly to being bitten..
