Kilo smiled, then he heard the soft call of a spruce hen. He rushed into the frozen reeds, a blur of feathers shot into the air, followed by the large gray figure of Kilo. His jaws locked on the bird as he fell back to the ground. He proudly trotted up to Aquila. "Here." He smiled, looking into her eyes. He found himself falling for her.

She smiled at him. "What about you?" She asked. Gazing at his eyes.

Kilo smiled, but shook his head, he flicked his ears, hearing another hen. He dashed into the reeds, a ice crashing off the stalks, he flew into the air, twisting as he wrapped his jaws around another hen. He hit the ground and proudly walked from the grass, he smiled.

she placed the half she was about to give Kilo. She watched as Kilo leaped in the snatching the bird in mid air while in motion. "You are one master at hunting too. " she smiled. She tears of the one she tore in half and started to chew it. "You know Kilo.." she hesitated.

Kilo yanked a large piece of meat of and bolted it down, "What?" He mumbled, cocking his head, his mouth full with another bite.
