"MOMMY!!! MOMMY!!" Jenna screamed, the wind carried her voice as it whipped around. Amanda and her were hugging each other while screaming. The wind nearly picking them off the ground. Lia's fur was soaked all the way through, though her fur is usually water-proof... "JENNA!!! AMNADA!!!" She screamed... "I'M COMING!!! STAY WHERE YOU ARE!!!" Amanda rolled her eyes, "HOW? The wing is taking us everywhere!!!" Lia knew she was right, but needed to get to them... Amanda and Jenna held onto the moss and stone that was inside the cave, their claws almost being taken clean off their paws. Lia finally reached them, curling herself around their small little bodies...

Their bodies so small compared to her. The wind whipped Lia's fur, was it a hurricane? Lia couldn't tell, all se knew was that it was one heck of a storm!!! And it sure was making a big mess if willow pack. Lia peered outside, trying to see through the harsh wind, making her eyes water...

Rex glared at her. "You're lying..." he growled, looking at his pups, unharmed. "Why. Are. You. HERE?" he snarled. "And this time I want the truth, before I tear out your throat!"

(NOOOOOOO!)
(I'm baaack!!)

Jane just stared, frightened out of her wits, at Rex. Her small body was low to the ground, and slowly, carefully, she crept up to Rex, and licked under his chin. Just what a submissive pup would do to it's elder. "Please, all I ask is shelter from this dreadful storm." She didn't have to do anything to make her voice nonthreatening. It just came natural to Jane.

Melanie snarled. "Not in my den, with my pups, and in my pack." She hissed.

Paisley raised her small puppy voice to a loud howl. "Momma, daddy! She was nice! She is nice!" She squeaked, bounding over, and standing beside Jane. She looked up at her father with huge, determined brown eyes. Her figure was surprisingly similar to her mother.
Flag raised his voice as well. "Paisley's right!" He yipped.
Smoke only nodded.

Melanie, exasperated, looked from Rex, to Jane. Her tired body couldn't handle more stress. She sent her mate a look, saying: Do what you think is best.

Faith led them to a gigantic fallen tree that was nearby, its massive root ball having torn a gaping opening into the ground that was sheltered by a small grove of trees. As Faith approached, she noticed with relief that the ground further under the roots of the fallen tree had been dug away to a decent-sized den. She paused at the opening and motioned for Taj and Sylver to enter first.

Taj ducked inside, his ears ringing as the noise of the storm was muffled by the den. It was dark, occasionally lit by lightning shooting through the sky outside, but mostly dry at least. He tossed the fish aside and sat with a thump, sighing with relief. "That was a close one, man," he muttered.

Swampson and Sonya sat together in a back corner of the church den. Sonya's ears were back and her head drooped, her eyes rolled up toward the cieling. She did not like storms, mostly because they made one of the few sounds that she could actually feel. "D-do you think everyone got in safe?" she asked her father, her voice shaking. But she would not look toward him, so Swampson knew better than to reply and waste his breath.

Meanwhile, at one of the old windows, Georgia had her nose pressed against the glass and was staring outside. "Whoa..!" she gasped as lightning flashed and rain poured against the window. Then... BOOM! thunder rumbled outside, rattling the windows and frightening the pup. With a yelp, she darted away from the glass and hid under one of the remaining pews from the den's time as a church.

The thick, typically waterproof outer layer of her coat began to soak up some of the water being pelleted against her, and she tucked her head down low. "I'm fine," she shouted through bursts of thunder and wind. "Worry about everyone else, I'll do my job here."
"No, it's my job to take care of them and you as well! Get. INSIDE!" Rex commanded.

Rex was surprised, and his yellowed teeth were still bared in a furious snarl, but his body language said that he was no longer threatening her. Slowly, his lips slipped back down, covering his teeth, and his eyes softened; "You are not a Jargoan?" he said, his voice confused. She smelled almost similar to a Jargoan.

Sasha screamed as the powerful gusts slammed into her multiple times, like invisible cannon balls, knocking her over, then rolling her. She leaped to her feet, and saw Lia trying to gather her pups. "Aah!" she screamed again.

Endigo looked grim. A strong fear-smell came from him, and his eyes were huge, white showing. He spoke in a grim voice, like that of a doomed dog with no hope. "These storms... the humans call them 'tornadoes'; they are not good. I have seen what they can do. They kill and destroy."
