Grimm slowed as he approached the border, glancing back. Delano had followed him, and he knew it. That dog, big as he was, was skilled at staying quiet and hidden... He was not paying much attention as he stepped closer and closer toward the border between Jargoan land and Willow pack land.

But he was aware enough that he stopped just before he set foot over the border. His eyes scanned the horizon. No one seemed to be there. He knew Delano would not follow him if he crossed. He also knew that he could be attacked for trespassing if he went any further. He did, after all, carry the scent of what was possibly the most hated pack in the city...

Grimm had to take the risk, though. A chill ran up his spine. Delano was definitely near, and Grimm stood no chance at fighting him. Hesitantly, carefully, quietly... Grimm crossed the border, and turned around to look back at the Jargoan lands. His home for many moons... But he would not be part of the senseless killing any longer.

Looking up toward the sky, he made a silent vow. He would not take another life again, at least not one of another dog. With that in his mind, he turned back around and looked into the Willow pack territory, the place he hoped would give him his new chance at a good life.
Watching the dog intently, Rex could see that he was nervous, scared, even. He debated whether or not he would attack, but thinking of his family, and what the Jargoans had tried to do to them, made him furious. Regardless of what this dog's intentions really were, he was a TRESPASSER!

He let out a malevolent roar, comparable to a lion's, and lunged, throwing himself at the Jargoan dog, already a mortal enemy of his, though his snarl had most likely thrown off his surprise attack.

Quote: Jargo staggered to his feet and looked at Endigo with his murderous red eyes. "My whole life, I desired nothing more than to kill you, brother! I have dreamed of it, trained myself for it, and, many times, attempted to do it! Somehow, through all of my attempts, you manage to survive, like a cockroach!

"Well, now you will see your end. I will make sure that you have no chance of survival! You will die!" Jargo snarled his wrathful speech to his brother, all the while pacing back and forth with fury.
Harli appeared, slinking through the tall grasses. Her maw was twisted into a murderous smile, her eyes locked upon her target. Endigo. It was now that her dream would unfold. She would defeat Endigo, and win back Jargo's affections. Her body trembled in anticipation, waiting to rip Endigo to shreds.
Endigo looked over at something; a golden redish dog slunk through the grass, but was concealed from him. He growled, leaping to his feet and lunging to attack whoever it was.
Harli flattened her self to the ground at the last moment, allowing Endigo to land directly in front of her. Staying hidden in the grasses, she moved around, her voice floating up to him; mocking, sly and cunning. "Hello.. Endigo. Oh, how I've missed you so! You know, we haven't had an encounter in awhile. It's been much too long. And now, oh! Look, your messing with my mate, and my son. I'm so sorry honey, but that isn't allowed." By the end of her sentence, she had made her way behind Endigo. She lunged up at him, snapping her jaws at the back of his head.

Teal watched silently, coming to a halt and not making it obvious whose side he was on. Mystery, however, approached Endigo, though he kept his distance. "No," he said, his ears falling back. "You'll have to take us down first. Teal?" His eyes moved briefly to his brother, who paused... and then at last came to Mystery's side.

"Sorry, Jargo," said the blue-eyed dog mockingly. "I don't need you anymore."
Jargo whipped his head around and snarled, advancing on the massive, black dog. "What did you say?" he snarled. "I thought you said that you don't need me anymore." he growled.

Endigo heard her voice, and snarled, but before he could face her, she was already on him. Snarling and bucking like a horse, he tried to dislodge her.

Quote: Harli dug her fangs into his fur, harder and harder until she felt skin. She bit down hard, feeling the blood well up around her teeth. Cackling happily, she thrashed her paws around, hoping to make him dizzy.
Endigo bucked a few more times, but as Jargo attacked him as well, leaving Teal behind, Endigo could feel himself go down. He hit the ground with a thud, and didn't get up, as his neck bled out.

Harli chuckled, letting Jargo hold him down. "You okay?" She taunted, her short tail wiggling with satisfaction. "You know, after we kill you, life is going to seem dull. I mean, we won;t have Endigo to worry about. I won't ever have the thrill of killing a powerful dog that was in my way." She made a pouty face, sitting down in front of him. "That's really sad, don't you think so Jargo?"

Jargo let out a wicked laugh. "Oh, I don't think so... well, maybe a teeny weeny bit..." he snickered. "Wanna help?" he asked, as he lunged for Jargo's throat. Tarro's dark, expressionless face seemed to brighten with demonic joy as he joined in, and second later, blood coated his white muzzle.

Endigo thrashed about, but he was no match for the two dogs pinning him to the ground and gnawing his neck. He felt his life waning; this time he really was going to die!

Grimm was surprised, but didn't make a noise to prove it. Instead, out of habit, he skillfully spun out of the way of the attacking dog. He knew this would happen if he trespassed. He had taken that risk. But now he had made a vow to himself and he was not about to break it already. He didn't attack back, but spoke. "I mean no harm," he uttered, and he bowed his head to his attacker to prove this point. If he wanted to be trusted, he would need to be trusting.

Jargo whipped his head around and snarled, advancing on the massive, black dog. "What did you say?" he snarled. "I thought you said that you don't need me anymore." he growled.

Teal grinned. "You heard me," was all he said in response. But as Jargo turned to attack Endigo, Teal was left without the satisfaction of his reaction. A bit bummed, he looked to Mystery, who was already on his way over to where Endigo had been taken down.

"Get away from him!" barked Mystery, flying at the two Jargoan dogs with the intent on tackling them away from Endigo.

Teal rolled his eyes, but followed his brother, snarling and snapping threateningly.
