Sedna bared her teeth at Negropack, but didn't attack. If only there was some way, some code that she could give to Jargo that she wasn't a traitor!
 
(Just made up a random charry called Hector for Negro Pack. They're just so outnumbered!)

Endigo latched onto Jargo's right front leg. Jargo gnawed on Endigo's ear.

Jargo looked at Sedna. He knew her well: she wasn't betraying him... he hoped.
 
When no one else saw her, Sedna kicked Endigo away from Jargo. She leaned down and whispered into Jargo's ear so that no one else could hear her, "I'm not a traitor, I'm going to spy on Goldenpack." With that, she ran away from Endigo and Jargo to appear as if she was attacking the Negropack dogs.

Endigo broke loose from Jargo as Jargo went after another dog. Suddenly, Endigo was blindsided by a different dog: Hector.

Hector was a huge GSD. He had really good fighting instincts, which made him extremely good at fighting. Endigo felt himself forced to the ground. He growled, yelped, then bit Hector's neck. The two rolled over and over.

Jargo grinned. His pack might not win now, but with her insight on Golden Pack, victory would---eventually---be theirs.
 
Wintent ran around not knowing what to do.
