Sedna bit the loop and began trying to get it off over her head.

Sonya gave one last pull, and the loop finally popped over her head, sending her tumbling backward. "Yuki!" she gasped, hopping to her feet as quickly as she could and scrambling over to the dogcatcher's vehicle. The door was closed and one would almost certainly need opposable digits in order to unlatch it. Sonya didn't care, though, jumping at the latch and clawing it whenever it came into reach. She was so focused that didn't know what the dogcatcher was doing behind her, and she wasn't sure at that moment that she even cared.

The dogcatcher threw Sedna off and looked at Sonya.

The dogcatcher was now very angry! He took another dog catcher stick and bashed Sedna in the head with it as hard as he could, in an attempt to knock the dog out! (If that's okay...)

Sedna let out a yelp, before she fell unconscious.

Kira roared (almost like a lion,) and flew at the dogcatcher, her mouth open, snarling viciously.

Sonya was unaware of what was happening behind her until she saw out of the corner of her eye that Sedna fell. She whirled around, teeth bared, to face the dogcatcher just as Kira leapt at him. Feeling angry toward the human, she lunged at him as well, aiming to bite his leg.
