Snow ran about, desperately trying to find some sort of prey for the pack. She wasn't having any luck.

"Pit bulls aren't the only dogs that can fight." Jargo said. "Dobermans, such as myself, can fight as well. I'm not pure doberman. My father was a pit bull. My mother was a doberman." Jargo saw Harli, and nodded. "You can have the rabbit."
Buck just stared. "Um yeah, thanks." He mumbled quietly, not really knowing what to do.

"It's no problem." Jargo said. He was much more understanding with a fight dog that knew something of what his life had been like.
"I'll get off your territory." Buck dipped his head, grabbed his rabbit, but didn't seem like he was in any hurry to leave. Harli's docked ears drooped, and blood streamed out of her scruff.

"Do you have anywhere to go?" Jargo asked.

(Sorry I was gone, I was rewriting that thread for Pigeon. It's a beautiful story if you want to go read it.)

"Ah, no." Buck said, his voice low. "I'll just head to the ah, um, the ally." He lied and started to leave. Some part of Harli was sad to see him go, she looked at Jargo, wondering what he would do.
(Yes, I will.

Jargo's voice wasn't the normal, bossy, aggressive tone. Instead it was concerned. "You can stay with us." he said. He looked at Harli and grinned.
