Del Endigo shook himself off, and loped over to the thresh hold of the church den.
 
Jargo hadn't gotten a reply from Del Endigo yet. He was pacing back and forth, growling. He couldn't even begin to describe how much he hated Del Endigo, and yet, he concealed one jaw-dropping truth. One that not even his mate knew.

"I am challenging Del Endigo to a fight. If he refuses, I will kill his mate. But, he hasn't replied yet, and I have begun to worry. You see, we wouldn't want some other dog to kill him. That would be horribly sad---what do you say you go check on him?" Jargo answered.
