"I did." Buck snarled, though his voice was strangely calm.

Harli nodded, blood spattering the ground beneath her. "Don't worry over me, I'll be fine. I am fine. Go check on your prisoner." She winked, and nipped him playfully.

Rex began to dig. "Let's just bury him here." he said, feeling the tears start again.

"Why are you so calm?" Endigo asked, suspicious.

Jargo grinned. "Okay... Alpha." he said, doing an exaggerated bow.

(Haha! Last night I went out to check on them, and one of my bantam Ameraucana hens was missing. I couldn't find and cried so hard. But, this morning she was clucking by the coop!)

Melanie stood beside him, and dug slowly, tears falling rapidly.

"Eh, who knows. That's just me I guess." Buck shrugged.

Harli laughed, and began to lick her paws, cleaning the blood from them.

(Oh, I bet that scared you! I heard the chickens clucking wildly by the door---near the dog pen--- and mom said "CHICKENS---!" and I literally lost it. I suffered a mini heart attack, and was shaking for about 15 minutes. Even though it was just the girls squawking because a rooster was chasing them.)

Rex dug, too. He was doing this for his friend!

Endigo rolled his eyes.

Jargo walked around the corner of the den, satisfied. The first part of his plan was complete!
 
Can I join? I'm not that sure how I have to RP on this one, so you'll have to put up with my mistakes

Buck snarled and laid down, his golden eyes locked on Endigo.

Harli groaned. Her stomach was killing her. At least I'm still alive. She thought.

(Accepted! Also, you are quite smart to offer an Alpha. Clearly you must have seen that the old Alpha is in jeprody, but I have plans for him, so your charry will have to be a packmate. Thanks for joining!)

Rex finished digging the hole, and went back to Banner's body. He bowed his head, and stayed that way, silent, sorrowful. Finally, he lifted his head, and looked... looked at Layla, his eyes glittering with tears.

Endigo rolled his eyes, and turned his tail to Buck, muttering.

Jargo heard Harli's groan, and decided to try to find food for her. He loped off, into the open, just a white blur running through the evening sunshine.
