Could not find on for Mn.

Did you know 36 degrees is when we stop wearing coats outside?

If they eat food off the ground they usually need worming. Raising birds on high sandy soil need it less. (Ralphie) me: I need to regularly worm as I live on wormy wormville swamp land with a full compliment of side diseases that go with it- i.e. Blackhead. I worm in the summer-- June-- on egg break. And then when the molt has finished. Early winter.

I have never realized what a blessing this sand can be. I am cussing it all the time for the work I have to do to get a mediocre harvest from it.

I seldom worm. I have Wazine on hand, I think I last used it two years ago. I do mix Cayenne pepper and ACV into the water and feed a couple times a year to discourage any worms. I have not seen a sign of worms. My birds all see healthy and look good.

I know people like to give compliments at swaps and shows, so I take it with a grain of salt, but many people come up to me and tell me I have the best looking birds fitness wise.

I have decided to let my birds have 20 gallons of sauerkraut soon. I need to get rid of it because someone living at my address says I cannot plant cabbage this year until the sauerkraut is gone. That should make the gut a little hostile to worms.
