When we had ducks (sniff, sniff, I miss them ) they would come up on the back porch, my mom hated it and treated them like cats.......with a spray bottle. Needless to say, it didn't work. Lol

Ralphie, I am shocked that were not assisting your poor wife in her physical condition. I am also surprised that her words to you were not even more harsh?

I would have helped her, but I am too busy laughing to even move when she goes into her anti-birds on the deck rant. This happens all the time. She is an equal opportunity bird chaser. She chases guineas, turkeys and chickens alike....

When I start laughing she getters angrier and I laugh harder, it is a vicious circle.

Jerry, discount whatever nonsense Ivie was talking about, she is a woman so would not understand...

I am thinking, when it hits the fan you feign innocence, tell her it must be a result of your concussion from falling off the roof and nearly dying. Tell her she should be lucky you are alive and to treat it like a hospital bill. It is need for your rehab.....
