Update on "Baby". Still a brat. When I come into my room she comes jumping over her 8inch high brooder and is waiting to greet me. When she is ready to warm up she runs over there and waits for me to pick her back up and put her in. Then when she is ready to come see me again she just hops out. She is also addicted to Netflix on our Kindles. She will sit in front on the kindle and just watch it none stop... Winder when she will realize she's a chicken... What's she gonna think when she goes to the big coop... :idunno

This picture is cracking me up still. An innocent tiny fluff ball with its care taker in exhaustion. Only thing missing are blood-shot eyes holm. Haha

Jerry I have heard that there is a learning curve for apple but once you get around the curve you love their products. I will say on my i phone I can look at any website without an issue to my device. I did not realize their computers were designed that way as well.

Ralphie I thought it was Tuesday yesterday and not Wednesday.

On the computer . I had to buy a external CD player yesterday 82 something out the door and the 32 something for the book out the door . Really when the computer and protection plan was a thousand plus out the door . But I am tired of losing everything every 2-3 years when puter dies . They claim these should last 7 years . It better .

I think CD's will go the way of the floppy before long. Solid state memory seems to be the way of the future. I have a ton of those little memory sticks with our pictures on them, now if I could just find where I put them.

While we're on the subject -kind of... my iPhone and ipad say 'this devise hasn't been backed up in __ weeks blah blah blah... ' it claims I need to buy more cloud storage but I don't want to if I really don't need to.
So I don't know what to do. If any of you techy types understands it LMK

My dell is 9 years old. It's been cleaned up by a retired IBMer though for the last 3 years or so though. Lucky.

Early on though I did get a 500GB sea gate external hard drive to back up photos and such and glad I did. I hook it up every 6 months or so ( one could do it more often)

Well that message kind of sucks because it did it to me too right before I did my new phone. So none of my apps or photos transferred. DH and kids had no issues...? So I had to start over. But I refused to add more cloud storage at any rate so that's how it will roll. It's all still stored on my old phone I guess...

Oh and it appears we are stuck with another day of frozen eggs, thanks to a certain dweller of the vast wastelands of the North's snow dance.

Who, Tara?

Sure warn't me!

I never can get the days of the week straight. Thank goodness for calendars.
About a week ago, I took a nap in the afternoon and when I woke up I couldn't figure out why the clock said 4:00 for a good 10 minutes. I thought it was the next morning.

Ralphie, good luck with the chicks....

Ditto on the last sentence. They're so easy to misplace.
