While we're on the subject -kind of... my iPhone and ipad say 'this devise hasn't been backed up in __ weeks blah blah blah... ' it claims I need to buy more cloud storage but I don't want to if I really don't need to.
So I don't know what to do. If any of you techy types understands it LMK

Your trees are already budding? My bare trees make me sad.


I didn't get any apples last year. They started flowering too early and then we got hit with the cold weather. I lost a lot of veggies, too, last year.

If you disable the cloud storage you lose pictures and any new info on your phone or pad, right? what if you plug the phone into the pc? doesn't that back it up some how?? I feel so stupid

Maybe I should just buy more cloud space and quit being a cheap ole foggie.

Yes go to iTunes then look to back up there or take to Verizon store.

No, You just do not have them on the Cloud, You chose a local storage device instead of the cloud. The Cloud is just a neat sounding marketing ploy and the "free" storage is a way to get people hooked.

You do not need another storage device. I have an IPhone so I send myself an email of things I want to store and get them on my PC then save them to a stick. There is not that much I want to save. My photos I download on a regular basis to the PC. Most of which I could live without. They are chicken pictures by 99:1 ratio.

Erlibrd, I think they make a Bluetooth stick you can back up your Phone to also.

I am not sure, because I just work around it, being way to cheap to buy another gadget.
