I can just picture this, running around the grounds chasing ducks, hahahaha did any one join in?

The first one didn't go far and a group of us were able to corner her under a truck. Those suckers can really fly though and the second one took off across the fairgrounds. I wanted to say just screw it and leave her go. My brother didn't want the duck loose in town though so off we went. We were able finally to corner her in the big fenced off area where they have the demo derbies.

DH took today off, so I decided to hone in on his day off. I know guys like to be alone, but contrary to the ladies above, i'm not nice, nor have I ever been nice.

Hey Destiny were there any Pheasants there? My friend lost his female from his pair and is looking for a few hens. I think they are going to Pierz for that sale. I have convinced my mom it would be a good idea to go just to check it out.

I saw a few yellow goldens. You generally see way more of those at the Game Breeders sale in Hutchinson or the huge Waverly sale.

I know all of you will be extremely interested in this....BUT remember a few weeks ago when.. I informed you I had taken the long johns off and packed them away..


I have dug them back out in the last few days. I am even pretending it is winter and sitting here drinking coffee in my Long Johns. ( and fighting Judy off, she so likes me in them)

... Dreading going outside in this cold and wind.

I am even contemplating a short Grandpa nap...

I need to build up my rest for the nice weather the end of the week when I start the 14 hour days again...

YOU need to enjoy this LAST week of winter. It is going away after this week. I KNOW this to be true!

I hope you washed those LJ before packing them away Ralphie. Packing them away was very hopeful and just did not work out this time. You can try it again next year. About March 15th.
