Lol. That Dominique rooster was ruling the yard— busy boy he was!

Last night I put the littles in with the bit... ties. I always feel bad. But they seemed to hold their own this morning. My garage now needs to quit smelling like a pile of manure. Need to get on that.i will need to retrieve the littles and get them in again tonight. I’d be very surprised if they went in down there on their own. Wow your dahlias are already blooming huh? They’re beautiful holms.

Yep. They were out there waiting for the biggest pop door ever to open. In the garage to their roost.

Lola you’re guilty too.

I took down birds of a feather first to the coop.

Then Miles who is extremely smart and hard to catch.

They are big babies. I know I brood too long but preds love picking off littles down there.

Orps are nice Holms. My sister commented on them here a couple weeks ago. I’ll get the good camera out on green grass with them tomorrow. They are not as friendly with me as I’d like. Will work on that.

The head on that Orp Cockerel:drool Hard to tell from color but is the coloring on the Orps that light?

Miles and Lola are beautiful too!

They are pretty light. Golden yellow babies. Louie is going to be special. The fuzzy britches on him and Lola are going to be the envy of the coop this winter.

His head is big and Lola’s is fine. He’s going to be a looker like his Daddy.
