Well we are getting our Hotel rooms situated for the New Ulm Pigeon show in February. Should be fun. I don’t thunk I’m bringing anything.. EJB will you be there?

I’m tired... Went in for a drug test yesterday(didn’t study so not sure how I’ll do) got my non provisional drivers license, got some bank stuff figured out and had a job interview. I guess I came highly recommend for the job so as long as I pass my drug test I have a job that is willing to work around my showing. If I fail the drug test it is a rigged system

Our little chore helper (cat) was getting squared up by my White Rock Cockerel last night.. He flogged her twice and she decided to leave..

Left Louisburg KS this morning, got to stay with some Ukes there it was a lot of fun. Heading to Franklin TN for supper with some Ukes again tonight, and then heading to Knoxville. We are 6 hours from Franklin now.

Does anyone want any certain picture of breeds or varieties at the show?

When in Feb is the show? If I am bored I might make the trip down there.

It should be in the low 60's that far south then.

I went out and did chores, I think poor Hoover is suffering from Stockholm syndrome He fallows me all around the barn. (Come to think of it so does the Buckeye rooster)....

Makes me wonder about how these birds were raised...Hmmmmmm

I am seriously considering getting rid of a bunch of turkeys. One way or another. They cause me way too much grief. They knock things over, Get into everything, Fight constantly, refuse to shut up. They also follow me everywhere. It is hard to carry feed when stepping over 40 pound birds.

I am thinking of going down to just one breed (or two). I would keep the legbars until we get them APA recognized. Other than that I am think of just raising toads. They are my best layers, lay the biggest eggs and anyone I get tired of can be roasted or fried.
