Hi! A Kroger has Sushi, but my local Kroger can't get Wasabi Peas? There is something wrong with this picture.
(...our Kroger doesn't have sushi and it wouldn't mattter if they did. Dangit, I want any local store to restock Wasabi Peas.)

I am really envious tonight of everyone that lives close to a sushi restaurant, a chain grocery, a store that stays open past 7 pm, even a four way intersection would be a thrill. One consolation is I have a box of Miso soup and some horseradish. There are two ways that fish is served here, fried today or fried yesterday. I think I have some chopsticks somewhere, I will pretend that I bought some salmon, tuna and eel at the imaginary Krogers in town. Yes, Wasabi is great by itself. Where's Pavlov when you need him?

ok the tuna was good! Now I am craving raw fish like I crave beets sometimes. I bet there is some nutrient you get eating raw fish that is lost or reduced by cooking it. I may go see my new friend again tomorrow.

You should go pee off your porch. It always makes my DH feel better about living way out here.

Thanks for bringing me back to reality with the porch idea, didn't intend to whine about life in the small town. I should be alone on the porch right, not when the mail is being delivered or the pastor is coming by.

Excuse me sir or madam, but this thread is very old and you should not bump old threads. If you want to make a sushi topic, that's fine.

Nice picture of bait you have there.

Okay, reopening the thread. Usually, we close very old threads that are suddenly bumped to keep things fresh on the board, but it's been requested that it stay open, so here ya go, folks. Carry on.
