Suspect chicken

So this is SUPPOSED to be a hen but its really picking on my silkie, like trying to mount her and biting her on the back of the neck. Apricot is a buff Wyandote and is only about 4 months old. Does this look like it might be a rooster???
This thing is getting big fast! If it doesnt stop picking on my silkies I may have to find a new home for it .

I see shiny golden hackle and saddle feathers coming in, so you're right that he's a rooster

By the way just for my own education what is shiny hackle? Are the saddle feathers the slightly darker ones coming down around the neck?? Thanks again!

heckles are the neck feathers saddle feathers are at the base of the tail and are shinny and thin as well on roosters
