So this is SUPPOSED to be a hen but its really picking on my silkie, like trying to mount her and biting her on the back of the neck. Apricot is a buff Wyandote and is only about 4 months old. Does this look like it might be a rooster???
This thing is getting big fast! If it doesnt stop picking on my silkies I may have to find a new home for it :(.

I see shiny golden hackle and saddle feathers coming in, so you're right that he's a rooster [IMG]

By the way just for my own education what is shiny hackle? Are the saddle feathers the slightly darker ones coming down around the neck?? Thanks again!
