This poor little chick went downhill overnight 😔

Lethargic and bloody diarrhea.

Is there anything I can give her besides electrolyte water? She’s already been on medicated feed since she came home last month.

The amount of amprolium in medicated feed is very small. You need to start full dose Corid (amprolium) right away. Medicated feed may sometimes prevent outbreaks, but not always. Once it happens you have to treat full strength. You can get Corid at most feed stores or tractor supply stores , may be in the cattle section.
Dosing is 1 1/2 tsp of the powder, or 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water. The medicated water should be the only water available. No vitamins during treatment, it could reduce the effectiveness of the medication. Treat for 5 - 7 days. Make the solution fresh daily. I would also give an oral dose once a day in addition to the medicated water. Instructions for dosing that are here:

Usual recommendation is to discontinue the medicated feed during treatment, switch to non medicated.

Thank you @BugStalker and @coach723 for your life saving advice! Here’s our girl after following me around the house, food, and medicated water…out like a light on my wrist.
