Suspected mycoplasma - where to get medication?

Hello y'all - I've got a hen with a swollen face and bubbly eyes. I noticed one bubbly eye yesterday, and hoped it was just eye irritation. Unfortunately, today both are bubbly + her face is swollen. After researching, I'm thinking it's probably mycoplasma.

If possible, I'd like to avoid going to the vet due to expenses (as from my understanding, she'd need treatment for the rest of her life and I'd rather not end up accidentally exposing other avians to the disease). However, I'm having difficulty finding a place to get the medication (tylosin, could do other antibiotics if they're easier to obtain) from online without a prescription. I'm in southeastern PA, if that helps with finding a physical store.

Thanks!

That website said for pet birds only, is there an issue giving it to my flock? I need to treat for MG, thank you
There is no issue giving it to your chickens as it states "Pet Chickens."
Whether your birds are "pets" or not, it'll treat chickens.
Keep in mind that antibiotics only mask symptoms of MG, they do not cure the disease. Surviving birds are carriers for life.
You must maintain a closed flock. No new birds in, none out. No selling or giving away eggs to be hatched, MG can be passed through eggs.

Yes, I'm so sad by this. My flock was so healthy 5 years. I just got some homeopathic respiratory support for them. This is the worst time to happen with Temps in 90s, high humidity here.
I didn't think after quarantine if no symptoms they would have anything significant. The farm that I got them Def had some sick birds and they were selling and accepting birds
