Sussex not laying? *New Pic*

I'm sure this has come up alot in the past but...

I've got a speckled sussex and a light sussex that are 25 weeks old and still not laying?
All of the others we have (3 Roade Islands) started laying at 19 weeks.

When should my sussexes start?

Well, I got two Sussex that were hatched June 4th and one of them laid the first egg December 25th. I got two eggs at once a week later. I think they can take a while.

Yay, my light sussex laid this morning

It's a bit of a funny shape though...

One on the right is my light sussex

Some of the heavier breeds like speckled sussex take longer to lay an egg. Just wait it out. It will happen. Congrats on your light sussex laying an egg.
