Sussex pullet or cockerel?

I bought 4 silver cross buff sussex chickens and want to know if this one is a pullet or cockerel? They are 12 weeks old now.thanks

Are you asking because that one very different from the others? It may actually be male, it has sickle tail feathers, and a very red face. Is it different in behavior from the others?

Most likely pullet, I had speckled Sussex chicks this year and their a little harder then most to tell the gender.
