Swagger or brain damage?

Hey y’all. I’m new to raising ducks. Mine just turned 11 weeks on Friday. I’ve noticed that one doesn’t keep her head straight when she walks/runs. It wobbles side to side Is this normal?

Is she also vocalizing? Hens will do this while alongside a drake they have chosen as their mate. Can you post a video of the behavior?

i wish I could attach the video. When I click on attach file, it slant give me the option of videos, only pictures. But her head basically moves with her body. I have two females, so no drakes.
