hi
this is abid .i have few silver polish chicks age 3 months .one of them swallowed a bone and i can feel that bone in her stomach.she is lazy now and drop her wings but she is drinking water and eat feed.i am worried about her and dont kw what to do any idea? any remedy etc?

Hi @abidimtiaz Welcome To BYC

Does she have a source of poultry grit (crushed granite)?

When you say you can feel the bone in her stomach - do you mean her crop?

May I ask, what type of bone was she able to swallow?

I really don't know what can be done, except taking her to a vet -they may be able to perform crop surgery to remove the bone.

Let us know how it goes.

i am talking about crop
i will buy granite for them
yeah i should go to vet :(

go to the vet first YOU LET YOUR CHICKEN SUFFER SO YOU CAN POST ON HERE

The worried OP may:
  1. not find a vet who looks at chickens, or
  2. not have the money or
  3. not have the transportation to get to one or
  4. some other issue which is not for sharing on the internet
A person who at least makes the effort to ask for advice, especially in a foreign language is probably trying to ensure their animal is not suffering.

As an aside, I also know two people whose spouses refuse to waste money on a vet trip for a chicken (Australian) and they are not broke, where I live now (Paraguay -foreign language!) people cannot afford a doctor let alone a vet.
Shouting in capital letters might be very unfair, given we do not and cannot know everything about this situation.

I hope Abid continues to read BYC and asks many questions.

well you can at least give me some slack i have nightmares about my chickens saftey
You need a hug :hugs and hopefully you get to enjoy a few nights of lovely sleep very soon.
I also hope Abid and the poor bone chicken is doing OK, :fl hopefully they get some good sleep also.
