Swedish Flower

IMO It's too early to tell for sure, but I'm leaning towards pullets.
I have a similar breed, Icelandics. I can often tell starting as early as two weeks, but sometimes it takes me until six weeks. I look at the color and size of the combs and wattles. Boys will be not just larger but pinker. The wattles are more reliable than the comb, because sometimes I will get a pullet with a larger comb. I will get a picture of my 4-weekers tomorrow to show you.
I would love to see your 4-wk picture for comparison. Thanks!

I have a few 8 week old Swedish Flowers currently. And a 6 month old cockerel. The biggest giveaway on cockerels for me was the size of the legs. The boys seem to grow upwards and grow fast compared to the pullets. Their combs lie to you until they’re about 6 to 7 weeks.

Sadly, no photos of her at 7 weeks. Hawk took her two weeks ago.

Couple more weeks and you’ll know for sure.
Oh no! The lighter brown chick has big feet/legs. Combs look the same between the two.

4-week-old Icelandics. Cockerel's comb and wattles are larger and a peachy salmon color. The pullets have smaller combs and almost no wattles, and they are yellow.

Update on these two Swedish Flowers...they are now about 11-12 weeks old. Non-crested Elsa has a more pronounced pink/red comb. Crested Anna has a smaller pink comb. Neither has wattles. I can see Elsas comb is obviously much bigger but the hens have big red combs so I wasn’t sure especially without wattles. Any guesses?

I think they are both pullets. Anna is for sure. Elsa's comb is kind of suspicious, but with no wattles or hackles, she might just have an impressive comb!
