Swedish hen with a limp.

About ten days ago, one of our Swedish hens started limping and had some swelling at the ankle.
We have been soaking it 3 times a day in Epsom salt and giving antibiotics 2 times a day just to be sure.
As of today, the swelling is completely gone but her limp actually seems to be worse. There are no outward signs of an injury. No sign of where something might have stuck her.
Any ideas?

She may just need to rest it more. Sprains can take a while to heal and just like with us humans the more we walk on them the longer it takes. so maybe rest soaks and water therapy should last a little longer. If limping with no visible outward signs of trauma then inside isn't healed yet.
