You can find them in larger asian grocery stores. I can usually find them at H-Mart or Ranch 99 Market chains... but those are a 1.5 hr drive from where I am for school so getting my fix is harder. Back home in WA, it's just 10-15 min to have the goods in hand.
If you ever get some, they seriously managed to get the wonderful flavor of fresh picked sweet corn in a bag.
